  1. OVERSEAS DISCLOSURE

Some service providers may process or store personal information outside France or the European Economic Area.

Depending on the providers used, overseas recipients may be located in countries including Australia, Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, countries within the European Economic Area and countries where our technology, payment, fulfilment or delivery providers operate.

Privacy laws may differ between countries. Where required, transfers outside the European Economic Area rely on a relevant adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards, such as European Commission standard contractual clauses. 1. DATA SECURITY

We use reasonable administrative, technical and organisational measures to protect personal information.

Nevertheless, no online transmission or storage method can provide complete security. Customers are responsible for keeping account credentials confidential and notifying us of suspected unauthorised access.

  1. RETENTION

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including satisfying legal, accounting, tax, fraud-prevention and dispute-resolution obligations.

When information is no longer required, we take reasonable steps to delete, destroy or de-identify it, where appropriate.

  1. ACCESS AND CORRECTION

You may request access to personal information we hold about you or ask us to correct inaccurate or outdated information. Depending on the circumstances, you may also request erasure, restriction of processing or data portability, and withdraw consent. You have the right to object to processing based on legitimate interests and an unconditional right to object to direct marketing.

Send your request to support@auremontclub.store. We may ask you to verify your identity before fulfilling the request. We normally respond to rights requests within one month; any lawful extension and its reason will be explained.

In some circumstances, access may be limited or refused where permitted by law. If this occurs, we will explain the reason where legally required.
