These Terms of Service set out the conditions for accessing and using auremontclub.store and any purchase made from Auremont Club.

Auremont Club is operated by Yann Zouaghi from 40 Avenue de Vallauris, 06400 Cannes, France.

By visiting our website or submitting an order, you accept these Terms of Service.

  1. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use this website and place an order.

When submitting an order, you must supply information that is accurate, complete and up to date.

  1. PRODUCTS

We take reasonable care to present product descriptions, specifications, colours and photographs accurately.

Colours may appear differently according to the device or display being used. Minor variations that do not materially affect the product may occur.

Product availability may change without prior notice.

  1. PRICES

Unless otherwise indicated, prices appear in the currency displayed on our website.

Consumer prices include applicable taxes. Any delivery charges or other unavoidable charges will be disclosed before you place your order.

We may change prices at any time, but price changes will not affect orders already accepted unless an obvious error has occurred.

  1. ORDERS

Placing an order does not, by itself, confirm our acceptance.

We may decline or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including:

• Product unavailability;
• Pricing or description errors;
• Suspected fraud or unauthorised payment;
• Delivery restrictions;
• Breach of these terms; or
• Legal or regulatory requirements.

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will refund the relevant amount to the original payment method.

Payment must be completed through one of the methods offered at checkout.

You confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method and that the information provided is accurate.

Payments may be processed by third-party providers. We do not generally store complete payment card details.

  1. DELIVERY

Delivery options, charges and estimated timeframes are described during checkout and in our Shipping and Delivery Policy.

Customers must supply a delivery address that is complete and accurate.

  1. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Returns, exchanges and refunds are governed by our Refund and Return Policy and applicable French consumer protection law.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies consumer guarantees, rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

  1. FRENCH CONSUMER LAW

Under French consumer law, goods benefit from the statutory guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects. These guarantees cannot be excluded by these terms.

The statutory guarantee of conformity generally applies for two years from delivery. Where applicable, you may request repair or replacement without charge, normally within 30 days and without significant inconvenience. A price reduction or termination and refund may be available where the legal conditions are met. Eligible distance purchases also carry a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. These rights are separate from our additional commercial return offer.

  1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Unless otherwise stated, website content belonging to Auremont Club, including text, graphics, layouts, photographs and original branding, is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, sell or commercially exploit our content without written permission, except where permitted by law.

Third-party trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

  1. ACCEPTABLE USE

You must not:

• Use the website for unlawful or fraudulent purposes;
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website or another user’s information;
• Upload malicious code or interfere with website security;

We are not responsible for third-party websites that we do not control. Your use of those services may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Auremont Club is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website where such loss was not reasonably foreseeable.

Nothing in these terms limits liability or rights that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, and rights under applicable French consumer protection law.

  1. INDEMNITY

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to compensate Auremont Club for reasonable loss resulting directly from your unlawful use of the website or material breach of these terms.

This section does not apply to loss caused by Auremont Club or where its application would be unfair or unlawful.

  1. TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate access to the website where reasonably necessary because of fraud, security risks, unlawful conduct or a material breach of these terms.

  1. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by French law.

The parties submit to the competent French courts, subject to any consumer right to bring a claim in another jurisdiction.

  1. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these terms when our services, operations or legal obligations change.

The version applying to a purchase will generally be the version published when the order was placed, unless a change is required by law.
